ND Venture Assets S.L. (ND Ventures) based in Madrid, Spain, is a spin-off from Negociosdigitales, a company in Caracas, Venezuela, dedicated to venture capital and angel investing in startups since January 2000.
At NDVentures, we value our heritage from NegociosDigitales, and share our passion for innovation and growth by creating a collaborative space with entrepreneurs and investors in turn to transform business projects & ideas into reality.
The Negociosdigitales story has been told in several publications covering its Negociosdigitales origins and first investment portfolio funded by its shareholders and a small business angel network.
Negociosdigitales is an active member of Xcala, a non profit organization in Montevideo joining most business angel’s networks in Latin America .
NDVentures works closely with Negociosdigitales to foster its founders vision to be a leading player in the Venezuelan, Latin American and Spanish startup investment ecosystem.
